Why has 1password stopped prompting?

in 1Password 7 for Windows

1Password is no longer prompting to save logins. I downloaded the latest version. Same in Chrome and Edge. The buton in setup is checked Using Windows 10.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: windows 10
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Have you installed the 1Password browser extension in your browsers already? If you did, can you confirm what version you installed? Thank you!

    I have the browser extension for Chrome. version 4.7.5.90

    Thank you for the confirmation. Is this happening on every website, or just on one?

    Every website. When I first started using 1Password it prompted me to update passwords each time and I have a good number of passwords saved. Now it never prompts me although I don't think anything has changed.

    Hi @kelal,

    If you are running 1Password 7.3.712, please try to do the following:

    1) Close all browsers and quit 1Password 7 for Windows completely.

    2) Open Run dialog (Win key + R), enter the following string there: 1Password.exe --setup and press Enter. 1Password 7 for Windows should be launched .

    3) Launch your browsers and check if he issue remains after that.
