Crash Report New 1Password Pro Dropbox syncing not working on 3G with iOS4.0.1
Hi
Installed new release on all our devices and having no problems except on the 3G. Basically, here's whats happening -
1. Enable Dropbox sync, enter all passwords.
2. Screen says, finding file, then "Loading remote encryption keys", then the app crashes.
3. Upon relaunch, go back to sync screen and the following happens-
4. "Requesting remote encryption keys", before it says "Dropbox sync failed to validate remote encryption keys: No background task exists with identifier 0".
I've installed this okay on iPad and 3GS, just not the 3G. I've removed the app, reinstalled, sync'ed with the Mac and then tried the above and it happens the same everytime. I've rebooted the phone as well.
I guess you're going to tell me its not 3G compatible! Anyway, any ideas?

Same problem here. Same phone, same iOS version.0

Is it possible that DropBox sync requires the ability to multitask? Which it's not able to do on an iPhone 3G since it's doesn't support it.
It's sounds like this update should of only been available to 3GS & 4 users.0 -
Thank you for reporting this problem.
We will make sure it is fixed in the next update which we hope to submit for review later today.0
