We're sorry, access is not allowed because you are not enrolled
I have just linked 1Password to DuoMFA. I have enabled SELF SERVICE PORTAL "Let users remove devices, add new devices, and reactivate Duo Mobile"
When I try to login to 1Password on the web instead of an enrollment process I get "We're sorry, access is not allowed because you are not enrolled. Please contact your organization's IT help desk for assistance."
When I login to the 1Password app I get in without MFA
How do I get the 1Password system to do the enrollment?
How can I resolve this? I am the IT help desk!

Hi @tomfluent! Welcome to our forum :chuffed:
The message you're receiving is coming from Duo, not from 1Password... we don't directly provide support for the Duo side of things ourselves, but from the wording of the message, it sounds like your 1Password membership email address doesn't match with a valid username inside the linked Duo account, so Duo doesn't see you as a user. Additionally, it sounds like automated Duo enrolment might be turned off for the 1Password app in your Duo configuration (on the Duo side of things). Duo have some documentation on this, which you can find here: https://duo.com/docs/1password
Make sure your Duo usernames match with your 1Password member email addresses, and make sure your 1Password app config in Duo is set up to allow for enrolment. If you're still having trouble, your best option might be to reach out to Duo support here: https://duo.com/support
I hope that helps! :+1:
