Fail to bring 1Password 6 (Win) to version 7
The version that is when the made the purchase is 6.3.3. I was successfully upgrade to 1Password 7 previously. However I just brought a new laptop with windows 10. And installed version 7 directly. I looks like it does not accepting my onepassword-license file.

We did not sell standalone licenses for 1Password 6 for Windows. Is it possible that you purchased your license a while ago and your purchase included 1Password 6 for Mac and 1Password 4 for Windows?
In this case, 1Password 7 for Windows is a paid upgrade for you and you can learn more about possible upgrade options here:
