1Password in Safari went bonkers and......

Well, I just went to use 1Password in Safari (running 10.8.2) and it crashed and then kept sending a pop-up message (from Apple) that 1PasswordAgent quit unexpectedly. I had to quit Safari. Then I went to my Mac 1Password app and it is empty! It asks me to create a new database or import existing. I was syncing to Dropbox but turned that off on my iPhone and iPad to prevent getting an empty database. So now what??? I can reimport I guess from Dropbox but this is not good. I am sure that you will agree. I am using v. 3.8.2 on my Mac and 3.7.2 on my iOS devices. Please advise. Judy

I just went to go to the site I was trying to enter when 1Password quit and it did the same thing.

    Hi Judy,

I'm sorry that you are having some trouble. Please do not do anything else until we instruct you to.

To help us track down the issue more quickly, please send us a Diagnostics Report.

In 1Password 3.8, just select Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report from the menu bar.

If you are using 1Password 3.9 (from the Mac App Store), you'll need to follow the instructions here:

    http://support.agile...lebits-help-you

Then attach the entire file to an email to support AT agilebits.com.

Please include a link to this thread in order that we might more quickly "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, though.

Once we see the report we will be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
