Master password works in Chrome and Firefox extensions but not in Windows app

Hi - I have just added myself to our Family license. It all went swimmingly and I have been able to activate the extensions in Chrome and Firefox with the master password. I have downloaded the Windows app too but, try as I might, the app will not accept the master password. This is the case even though the extensions are logged in and working fine.

I am using Windows 10 and I have downloaded the current Windows app.
