Hi @CarolineJacobs,

You only get a Secret Key if you create a 1Password account on 1Password.com.

If you created a 1Password account and added it to 1Password app on any of your devices, you can find your Secret Key there. Here is how:

Find your Secret Key in the 1Password apps

Do you use 1Password on your devices now? If you do, please try to find your Secret Key there.
