I tried to add Great Clips ad to my Mac & tried to store the password in 1Passsword. It's locked up

in 1Password 3 – 6 for Mac

My 1Password main screen is locked up. I cannot see any of my passwords. I cannot add a new login and password.
My world has ended!!!!

    If 1Password is locked up, you have several options.

    1. Wait for a brief bit, to see if things change.
    2. Force quit 1Password: Right-click the Dock icon for 1Password, and then press the option key. Finally, selecting 'Force Quit.' * Changes you had made may be lost, if you were editing an item.
