Can't use my local vault anymore?
I use 1Password with some passwords stored in vaults in my 1password.com account, and some passwords stored locally in a vault on my machine. I do this both for home and for work - it's especially important for work because I'm sure I don't have permission to store any company credentials in an external third-party service.
Today I noticed in my home 1Password that my local vault is just gone from the UI, and there doesn't seem to be any way to add a local vault either. What's happened? Is this a deliberate change, or something going wrong? I'm not sure when my 1Password app updated, because I have it set to auto update, but I'm sure it must have been less than a week ago that this happened.

If you open 1Password Preferences > Advanced tab > is the option Allow creation of vaults outside of 1Password accounts enabled?
