    All of the sudden I have the same problem. I uninstalled. Looked for OnePassword.sqlite, but couldn't find it, reinstalled the addon but it still doesn't work. 1password on the desktop works fine though.

    Hmm... I failed to follow one step in the instructions. Now I got it to work. Phew.
