Download previous version of iOS app
I have version 6 on desktop and apparently my mobile apps updated to 7 somewhere along the line. They are now not syncing. I have followed directions on how to go into app store and find previous versions. It appears that last purchase was in 2014 and was version 3. The download icon is greyed out. How can I get version 6 back on my mobile devices so that the sync will start again?

Hi @nickolette! Welcome to the forum!
1Password 6 for Mac can sync with 1Password 7 for iOS, so that's not the problem here. What is the exact issue you are seeing when you try to sync your devices?

I can initiate sync in the app. It indicates to open the 1 password on my mac when it already is.. Info indicate an error domain code 7014. Underlying error Userinfo={NSUnderlying-Error=0x281dc5050. Also says wifi code=6.

Thank you for the clarification. Can you please try the WLAN troubleshooting steps and see if they help?
