Troubles with the May Update?
Since the Windows 10 May Update to version 2004, 1Password freezes when the PC is inactive. The only way I can start it's by deleting it from the Task Manager. Also, a number of background processes are created at this time. (See picture.) There is no error message and otherwise everything runs normally. A new installation, no matter if stable or beta, didn't bring any success.

As soon as I restart the PC or close all tasks, 1Password runs normally. The problem occurs only with inactivity.

Thanks for updating the thread with the resolution, that'll help others that may have the same issue.
We'd like to find a way to co-exist with other products but for now, try what VELR suggested; see if G DATA is the cause.
We do recommend following up with G DATA to see if they can fix this, they usually want to work with the affected customers directly.
