Windows - Tray icon appears after installation, but cannot open app & view passwords. Only settings
Installed 1password 7.6.780
Tray Icon appears
Can right click and get to settings, but none of the other options
Uninstalled and re-installed
Can sign-on in the web / iPhone app just fine
Tried moving app folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password to desktop described in this article, doesn't work
In settings asking me to purchase a license, already have one (well two, I paid for a full license, and then now I am paying monthly as well)
Also, subscription says 2.99 on website, but I have been paying 3.99 for IDK how long
Tried forum solutions for over an hour
"Running" and settings
Paying 3.99 for 2.99 service
If this doesn't get fixed quickly I am going to quit 1password forever, so frustrating.

With regards to the subscription price: from your screenshot I see that you are paying monthly. You get the discounted $2.99 price if you subscribe annually ;)

Can you confirm something for us: have you added your subscription account to the 1Password app already?
