Hi
I'm looking at my PWs.
I see a website icon for Amazon and 2 key icons for Amazon.

I see similar webstie/key icons for many of my accounts.
What's the difference?
Do I need both?

Thanks

  • The key icons are Password items, @ethan417. They are saved when you generate a new password just in case your actual Login item (the website icon) doesn't get updated for any reason. That way, you're not locked out and can still recover the generated password. If your Login item has been updated and you're sure it's got the right password, you can delete the associated Password item. What I do is I leave mine alone (they don't really get in the way as they're ignored if you've got a matching Login item for the site), then once a month, I look at only my Password items and clear out any that are more than 2 weeks old. Way I see it, if I haven't needed it in 2 weeks, I'm probably all set and it can be tidied up. :chuffed:
