The 7.7.BETA-8 (build #70700008) Updater warns me about duplicate copies of 1Password and that this may cause problems and if I want to delete the duplicate. On closer inspection I found that the "duplicate" app was in the "Backups.backupdb" folder of my Time Machine external drive.
This never came as a warning before with any of the other beta updates, and I think users shouldn't be warned about that because it is expected and desired with a working Time Machine backup to have the app in the backup.
