my.1password.com VERY slow, what is causing this?

I am having this problem for a couple of weeks now. Whenever I enter my.1password.com the webpage responds VERY slow. It is so slow that often an error message "Took too long" appears. I am using Chrome and the Chrome extension (which is working perfectly fine). Other webpages I use are loading fast and without any problems, so it's not my internet connection.

Is this a known problem? What can I do about this?

    The situation you described is quite strange. Have you tried signing in to your account on 1Password.com in a different browser? Does the issue remain there?

    Also, please try to create a clean profile in Chrome and check if the issue remains there. Thank you! :+1:
