sign in on android to family account, which credentials to use?

Trying to sign in to a family account on android - using Master secret key, family member e-mail address and Family member master password. Not working - are these the right credentials?

yes, a network error. But logged into wifi at home.

yes. Then the family member e-mail address - the secret key - and the family member's master password.

Hey @mcjoking, sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. Can you try logging in using mobile data instead of your home Wi-Fi?
