1Password for Windows not showing attachments

According to the post at https://1password.community/discussion/104518/1password-windows-not-showing-attachments

I also can't see the attachments from a synced vault via Dropbox (.opvault) in my 1Password 7.6 (Windows).
Although I can do it correctly on Mac, iPhone and Windows (with the old version of 1Password 4).

Also in the Log I see the following errors:

    Thank you for reporting this!

    Do you remember what device you created your vault and attachments on? Was it 1Password 4 for Windows or 1Password 6 (1Password 7) on your Mac?

    Also, if you send the full diagnostics report to support+windows@1password.com, it will be really helpful. Please do not post your Diagnostic Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.

    Thanks! The vault was created with 1Password 4 for Windows, and recently updated to ".opvault" with 1Password 7 for Mac.

    Attachments are working good with Mac (1P 7), iPhone (1P 7) and Windows (1Password 4).
