7.7 release version not working with Microsoft Edge Beta

Since the release of 7.7, 1Password stopped working with my Microsoft Edge Beta browser and complains about not being able to verify the integrity of the browser.
I assume that is because this is a release and not a beta build of 1PW? I remember reading here in the past that only the beta builds work with non-release versions of browsers.
Is there a new beta version for the Mac app on the horizon or is there anything else I can do to work around this in the mean time? Thanks!

    @Lukas S.,

    Correct. Edge Release is supported in 7.7, all beta, canary, dev variants are only supported under the beta version of 1Password.
