Migrating 1Password v4 from Dropbox to Windows

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I've had 1Password version 4 for a number of years and store my 1Password Agile Keychain in Dropbox. I primarily access this keychain from an IOS app on my iPhone. I've now started a 1Password Family Account and want to migrate my vault to a PC that has never had 1Password on it. Not quite sure how to do that. I was pointing everything to that Agile Keychain, doesn't appear that is the way things are running now. Please help a dinosaur move into the modern ages.

    I've downloaded 1Password 7 on my Windows PC, just need to migrate that Agile Keychain to the new family vault.
