    Hi all, I'm having the same issue but deleting this file hasn't reset my keyboard shortcuts (even after a restart). Is there anything else I can try?

    Hi @LorenzoRossi! Welcome to the forum!

    I see that you are using the old 1Password 6 app, so I have moved your question in the legacy section of the forum :+1: I believe that the difference happens because you are using version 6 instead of version 7. Have you considered upgrading to the latest version? 1Password 6 has been retired 2 years ago now, all our development effort is now going towards version 7, so we are also better able to support you if you are on the latest version.
