"Return" in 1Password Desktop should open web browser...

I have a memory that this used to work this way, but if I hit Return when in the Desktop version of the app, I would expect my web browser to open a new tab loading the URL for the 1Password item.

Was this a feature once, and gone now, or I am mistaken? Could be that I'm conflating this with the same feature in the 1Password mini app running in my menu bar.
