I am forced to copy and paste (or drag and drop) for the PC Optimum login:

https://accounts.pcid.ca/login

Thanks for your consideration.

    Hey @jmjm ,

Things seem to be working well with 1Password on this website. Here's my test: http://recordit.co/qACtlpajKq
Can you please try saving a new login like I did in my video and see if it works?

Thanks ag_yaron for the video....always helpful.

Correct me if I am wrong but it appears the sign in URL you are using is https://accounts.pcid.ca/? If so I do concur that autofill does "work" once there but the problem for me is getting there i.e. there seems no way of getting to that URL directly.

When I use GO with that URL in a 1P login I go to this:

And so from the page pictured above I select the first one ie "PC Optimum" which takes me to

and then selecting the Sign In in the right corner I get to a login page page where autofill does not work.

I went through the same process you described here @jmjm .
The link you provided did not work, so I reached the homepage of the website and clicked the "Sign in" button, which brought me to the page you see in my video.

I tested again with the previous login I saved and it still works and autofills properly, so my immediate suggestion here would be for you to delete the current login item of this website from your 1Password, then save a new one like I did in my video and see if you are able to autofill properly once you get to the login page.

Unfortunately this website does not allow to directly access the login page, so you have to go through the main homepage: https://www.pcoptimum.ca/
After you click the "Sign in" button it creates a temporary access token that allows you to reach the login page, so try editing your login item to have the homepage URL instead of the direct login page URL (although it should not affect autofilling, it will only help you get to the login page faster).
