1Password FREEZING ???

When on "Logins" categories if i try to scroll down/up using my mouse roulet the software (ver: 7.6.785) for windows systematically freeze and uses 20% of my CPU time, and the only way to shut it down it is throw the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL).
if i use the mouse to drag up/dn the scroll bar it works, but seems to freeze when using the mouse roulette.
i have no firewalls nor any "frindge" antiviruses except standard microsoft firewall and defender. it is a brand new PC with a INTEL i7 on a MSI Z490-A Pro motherboard...
Any suggestions ?

This is a known bug that affected me, too. You'll find it here (be sure to check the "Show betas" checkbox):

The particular bug you're seeing sounds like this one:

1Password would hang when scrolling an item list that only had one item out of the scroll view. {OPW-4905}

So upgrading to the latest beta build would probably solve the issue you're facing. Instructions on how to install beta releases are found here:
