Autofill on Windows 10 not working. 5 hrs online w/tech support: HELP

After spending 5hrs with 1P online support, they couldn't resolve make Autofill work on my Windows 10 laptop. Went through 3 techs (actually 2, the 3rd one never showed up after waiting till 11:01pm). Have installed & reinstalled both 1P and 1P ext. multiple times. They just don't connect. (1P works fine on my iPad & iPhone) I have followed most of the online instructions. My trouble started when I had to have a new hard drive installed. NOTE: I have noticed a message on one of my accounts: Login with SSO. Could that be the problem? I don't know what that is. Their tech support is so time consuming and inefficient!!!
