changes to items on mac not appearing on iphone

I've made changes to items in my logins and my secure notes. But those changes are not appearing on my iPhone. In preferences it shows the last synch with my icloud primary vault was 5 hours ago. I don't know how to force a synch on the mac. Synch on the iphone seems to be working but not picking up the changes. I've tried exiting 1Password but that doesn't make any difference. Help!

    Hi @stacejer!

    I don't know how to force a synch on the mac.

    You can do this by locking and unlocking the 1Password for Mac app ;)
