I logged in and my vault was empty. How do I restore all my data?
All my data has disappeared when I logged in. Is there a way to restore it and why did it all disappear?

Could you please create a diagnostics report for 1Password for Windows, and then include that diagnostic in an email to us at support+windows@agilebits.com so we can take a closer look at what's happening on your end of things?
Once you send that email in, you'll receive a Support ID that looks something similar to [ABC-12345-678] in an automated reply. Post that Support ID below so we can connect-the-dots.

Creating a Diagnostic Report needs to be done from within the 1Password for Windows desktop app, not within your browser.
