Hi @boomnup!
It depends on what you want to do with a password manager. If you want to use a password manager in your browser only then the 1Password extension is the one for you. You can find it here: https://1password.com/downloads/windows/#browsers
With this extension you are able to do all the things you want to do directly in your browser: https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/
But if you want to use a Windows desktop app together with your browser you should install the Windows desktop app and the 1Password classic extension. Both are working together so that you can unlock the desktop app to also unlock the classic extension.
Here you get the Windows desktop app: https://1password.com/downloads/windows/
And here you can find all information about getting the 1Password classic extension: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/The problem with the "normal" 1Password extension is that it doesn't work together with the desktop app. If you unlock the desktop app you have to unlock the extension again and vice versa. The 1Password extension is useful if you only want to use your browser.
If you have further questions just ask. ;)

Thank you DenalB for getting back with me. I feel more confident about how to go about this.
Thanks,

Keep in mind the multi-browser extension formerly known as 1Password X and now dubbed "1Password in the Browser" or just "1Password" for clarity(?) is currently undergoing significant modification and upgrading in order to integrate more closely with the desktop application. It might be worthwhile using and learning it now (even with clunky separate unlocks required) so that once the spiffy new version is released, you'll already be up to speed rather than having to ditch your "Classic" extension(s) and learning the new 1Password extension all of a sudden. I'm guessing, but you can likely expect AgileBits to drop support of the Classic extensions pretty soon after the new 1Password (in the Browser) is released.
