I have a licence and I cant sync to my other iphone, why?

it says I can use it on as many macs as needed.
Im using it on just 1 mac and 2 iphones, 1 ipad but I cant sync with one of the iphones

The wlan isn’t showing.
Everything is on the same wifi, so I just can’t understand why it’s not there?

This iPhone now has another Apple ID but that shouldn’t matter?
it’s my old phone and was synced a few weeks ago successfully.

Aahhh perfect!
It was this bit alone......> "If you're using iOS 14 or later on your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app and tap 1Password. Make sure Local Network is turned on."
