iOS iPad not syncing. 1password set up on my daughter's but syncing icon spins forever.

other Mac devices sync okay but not this one iPad. Sync spins forever and gives me 3 choices to sync: iCloud, dropbox, WLAN. But my iPad doesn't have a sync option so I don't know how mine are syncing and how to choose for this non-syncing iPad. 1PW is 7.7 on both. iOS 14.4

    Not having the sync option generally indicates that you have a membership. Because in a membership, 1Password handles all of the syncing needs. You'll likely want to contact us using support@1password.com, where we can take a closer look at the setup on the two devices and try to get you back into a happy place.
