Cannot unlock 1Password in Safari
I was adding websites and when I clicked to fill in username I was shown a pop up that said "Unlock 1Password" however when i clicked on it nothing happened...I could not unlock 1Password. This has happened to me on 3-4 occasions as I have been adding sites. I add the site by opening the login window and selecting username - usually 1Passord pops up, but in these 3-4 times (about 10% of the time) it cannot be unocked.

I'm also experiencing similar symptoms, which just started within the last several days. Sometimes I'm presented with the unlock button when clicking in a user name field even though I should be seeing the password list (1P is unlocked). After clicking the Unlock button several times or simply waiting, it eventually works normally.
I've made no recent macOS nor Safari updates, although I guess there are background system updates done behind the scenes.
