Constant sign-in error with iOS app

Everytime I start 1password app and open app with faceID (iphone) or fingerprint ID (iPad), 1password informs a sign-in error and my master password is required again. Also my secret key is visible on the screen. Why this is happening? Usability is struggling with this.
