Release 7.6.793 seems to have broken my 1password in windows chrome.
Just after the release this afternoon, my 1password stopped working. I log in, 1 password shows me logged in briefly and then logs me out. I had switched from a corporate version to a family version in June 2020. It's been working fine since June until just now.

To ensure that we are on the same page, could you please confirm that after entering your master password to unlock the 1Password desktop app, 1Password will automatically lock itself after a brief moment and require your master password again, or I misunderstand the issue?

Correct. It unlocks after I enter my password, even shows the site I want to enter and then quickly disappears and locks itself back. Each and every time.

I've reloaded the chrome extension and it seems to have fixed the problem. Strange, I haven't had to do this for the last year. But happy that the reload fixed the problem.
