New install won't sync to dropbox

Hi. I am attempting a clean install. When I choose the option to sync to dropbox the select folder window never opens. It did first attempt but would not let me open my vault. I forget the exact response I got but it basically said my vault was not openable by 1password. I uninstalled, rebooted and tried to reinstall and now it does nothing. The select folder window will not open

    after 30 minutes window opened. All set now.
