Browser extension (Edge Chromium) crashes AMD Radeon driver (black screen)

I'm having a weird issue with the 1password browser extension on Edge Chromium. As soon as i click the 1password icon it starts rendering the window but then crashes the AMD driver, the screen goes black for a few seconds, the driver eventually reloads and everything goes back to normal. I click a second time on the 1password icon which sometimes works, sometimes crashes the driver again.

Any ideas if this could be a 1password bug or a driver issue?
