I don't believe there is a way to do this in the Windows app at the moment Are you perhaps using 1Password on another platform too? I know you can do this in 1Password for Mac, for example.
Thank you for letting me know! In that case, you can do that from the Mac app Just click on one item to select it, and then do Cmd+A (to select all items) and Cmd+P to print them
