Cannot install extension in Chrome on Windows

I have a new Windows 8 PC and I installed 1Password with my license. Everything works with my browsers except I can't seem to install the extension for my Chrome browser.

Hi there,

Do you mean that you saw the message from Chrome saying that it cannot install the extension from this site or it won't accept the CRX file when you dragged it from your Downloads folder into the Extensions page in Chrome?
