Cannot login to 1Password on IPhone

Something happened recently, not quite sure what it is, but since then I can no longer sign into the app. No problem login in on my windows laptop. The same password on my iPhone does not work. How can I check the primary settings on the app without login in?

    You cannot check the settings without logging to the app, but we can help you by looking at the logs if you wish. If you would like us to take a look, please generate a diagnostics report from your iOS device and email it to us to [email protected], so we can take a closer look at why this is happening to you.

  • I'm having the same issue. I had to do an account recovery via our family plan and I changed my password. I can login into using this new password, and I also am able to login into on my Mac using the new password. But my iPhone rejects this password. I have removed 1Password from the iPhone, restarted the iPhone and reinstalled 1Password but the issue remains. I can't see that there is anything else I can do on the iPhone to fix this. Help.
