Is there a better way?
1password is just for my wife and me.
I created a vault with her name, so now I have 3 vaults: Private, Wife, Shared. I'd prefer not to have my info stored in the Private vault. But by default, every new item gets stored in Private and there is no apparent way to change the name Private to my name.
What do other people do in a case like this? I'd appreciate any advice.

Most spouses have a private vault and a shared vault. Each of you would have a Private vault and any items you wanted to share would be placed in the shared vault.
The name of the Private vault cannot be changed. You should be able to change the destination vault to one of your choosing in 1Password > Settings > Vaults

Thanks. I guess I just wish I could rename the "Private" vault with my name. Not that it really matters, just a nit.
