Trouble with AT&T Wireless (att.com) Login

My wireless carrier is USA is AT&T. I have a login entered 1PW. When I click on the 1PW system, the password is rejected by AT&T. When I copy the password from 1PW and paste it all is fine. When i manually type it in all is fine. The system works on my iPhone and iPad. So I used the "+" to create another copy/entry after I had manually entered the password. Same results as above. Have you run into anything like this? I do have the character "-" as in the minus sign in this password. I really don't want to just try another password since this involved multiple users in our household and all users have PCs (plural) and multiple iOS devices -- unless you are pretty sure a password change is needed.

Very strange. It appears they must have recently made a change. It used to always work for me without trouble, but I just tried it now and had the same experience you report. This is the URL I just tested:

    https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute

It is the same one I have used for years. The page itself has changed, though, so it is something that occurred with the most recent change. I am not a current AT&T customer, so I don't know how recent the change is. But my login credentials are valid, and I can log in when copying and pasting my password. So the issue was exactly as you describe in my experience. Until I saved a new Login item. Now everything is working well again. :)

    1. Enter your credentials on the login form at the URL above, but DO NOT submit the form.
    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.
    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).
    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

    https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute

Manually saving a new Login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Saving a new Login item allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. :)

It does appear that autosubmit is not working there, though, so I'll see what we can do about that. Filling and manually submitting is working well in all my testing after saving a new Login item.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.
