Unable to use Windows Hello in 1Password for Windows

    Another new problem now: 1pw on Windows 10 has been working fine with hello windows face recognition until just now. Cannot get that feature to work anymore. Seems like it stopped working after the last windows update installed. Any idea on this one?

    Hi @howardmw!

    Can you check if Windows Hello is still configured properly after the update? I wonder if the update somehow turned that off:

    Same happened to me. Was working and stopped. Right after a Windows update. Uninstall the browser extension and re-install and it works once then stops. Looks like either Microsoft broke it or it's a half baked feature.

    Uninstalled the Windows Update and it works again. Microsoft called the update a "Quality Update". It's anything but quality. Had other issues as well as this one.
