Google Chrome is crashing

I installed the extension following the very latest directions, but Chrome crashes when I try to use it. Suggestions?

    Welcome to the forums, mbritt! Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    Browser extensions are sandboxed, so it shouldn't be possible for the 1Password extension (or any extension) to cause Google Chrome to crash.

    My suggestion would be to create a new Google Chrome profile, verify that everything works well, then install only the 1Password extension. If everything is working well then it is clear that the 1Password extension is not the problem. Just keep an eye on any other changes you make to see if you can pinpoint the real source of the problem if Google Chrome starts acting up again.

    Please let me know how it goes in a fresh Chrome profile with no extensions installed and then in that same new profile with only the 1Password extension installed.
