1PW web helper for Chrome won't open on Windows10

This has happened to me several times in the last few weeks.
When I want to login via the Chrome web helper on a Windows 10 machine, the web helper just sits there and never lets me enter the password. See screenshot

I have to login with the desktop 1PW or reboot. Rebooting usually fixes the web helper issue, but it will eventually return after several days.
Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Sorry for not responding sooner, I didn't get any notifications. When it happens again I'll have to repost.
Although, the exact same issue happened just now on MacOS, so I' will be posting in that forum shortly.
