iPhone and iPad 1PW not syncronising?

I used 1pw Family on my iPhone and iPad for some years now, but I had to realyse, that they are not syncronising any more for some time now.
I see, that Masterpassword, email and login Name are identical on both devices, but Secret Key is different.
How can I merge both with out lossing datas and how did that happen?

1. Check to make sure all of your data is available on https://my.1password.com and ensure you have a copy of your Emergency Kit. for the correct account.

2. If needed, add your current account to the device. How to add your 1Password account to the apps

3. If needed copy any items that are not already present to the correct account. * Please be sure you have the most up-to-date information in your Personal vault. * You may need to do this on each device.

4. Remove the old account.
