After creating your diagnostics report from 1Password 7, attach it to an email addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
, along with your usernameasdfasdfasdf
and a link to this thread:https://1password.community/discussion/comment/629041/#Comment_629041
. After sending it in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot with a support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to connect your email conversation with what you've said here. Thanks!Jack

Actually I got 1password 8 and it works great. I didnt realize I was a version behind.
