Update 7.8.7 does not open and fill

I think I updated this in the last few days. Now, the whole program does not open and fill.


1Password Version: 7.8.7
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 10.14.6
Referrer: forum-search:update 7.8.7 won't open and fill

    It sounds like you may need to re-establish communication between your browser and 1Password. Can you please try the following steps and let me know if this resolves the issue for you?

    1. Quit 1Password completely by holding down the Control and Option keys on your keyboard and choose 1Password > Quit 1Password Completely from the menu bar beside the  logo.
    2. Quit your browser.
    3. Open and unlock 1Password.
    4. Open your browser and test again to see if it works.
