Extension and app not connecting
Hi! Early access has been so fun.
I've been struggling over the last few weeks to get the browser extension (running on Vivaldi) and the beta app (running on the Monterey public beta on a M1 mini) to connect. No matter what I do -- getting updates, reinstalling, reconnecting, toggling the settings -- I can't get the extension to call the app to unlock.
I'm pretty keen on this because it lets me unlock with Apple Watch, while having to type in my master password gets tedious after a few tries.

I had the same issue with Vivaldi on three different Macs (1 Intel; 2 Apple Silicon). (I switched to Edge for now, so can’t comment on the status of Vivaldi as of a few days ago)

@PeterG_1P Of course! I'm on Vivaldi 4.1.2369.21, stable channel. I have also experienced it in Vivaldi Snapshot.
The 1P beta extension is 2.1.0 and the Mac app is 8.2.2-19.BETA.

@PeterG_1P Since switching to Edge, I haven't used Vivaldi, but just opened it to see which version I last used and it is showing 4.1.2369.16 (Stable channel) (arm64). Not sure if it could have updated in the background, though, since my last use.

Thanks for the version info, folks! Here's what I know so far:
It looks like we do not have support for Vivaldi in this current Early Access version of 1Password. I'm not sure on the details about this yet, but will be following up with the team members who would know to find out more. In any case, that might explain the Vivaldi difficulties specifically, @leoji.
On the other hand, 1Password in Edge really should be working. @IamJerry , here's our quick guide to setting things right when your 1Password browser extension isn't performing properly.
