Sadly, the site is using an onscreen keyboard. As far as I can tell, you will need to manually enter the information for that site. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer, but some sites work very hard to make life difficult for people who are trying to be more secure by using 1Password.
Unfortunately, they are doing a number of things to intentionally thwart automatic form filling which makes 1Password's job much more difficult. (It's almost like they want people to use weak passwords that they can easily remember and can type quickly on that frustrating onscreen keyboard.)
I'd encourage you to voice your concern to them as a paying customer of theirs. We'll certainly work to see if there is anything more we can do on our end, but they don't make it easy. :/
