Connection Error / Connection counter.

So as ive seen loads of places on these boards, there is a general "safari extension" connecting error.

Therefore i will confirm i am running 64bit safari, and i have the latest updated versions. Yet i still get an connection counter which never stops - any idea how to fix this?

    Please try restarting 1Password's Helper.

    1. Quit Safari
    2. Open the main 1Password application.
    3. Select Help > Troubleshooting > Restart Helper from the menu bar.
    4. Open Safari.
    5. Try to unlock the 1Password extension.

    If that doesn't work, try completely removing the Safari extension. Then reinstall it.

    If you're still having trouble, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    In 1Password 3.8, just select Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report from the menu bar.

    If you are using 1Password 3.9 (from the Mac App Store), you'll need to download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
