Extension will not open in Chrome (both chrome and 1Password are up-to-date)

Cannot get the Chrome extension to load and the desktop version works but will not auto fill or saved any UN or PW.

Can you please post a screenshot of the Chrome extension that shows what the problem is? Does it show an error message when you try to open it?
